A global leading and well-established MNC is seeking an Finance Manager to oversee full-spectrum finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and provide strong financial insights that support business performance and decision-making.
Role Description
- Manage full-set accounts monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Review financial performance and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and cash-flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Translate financial data into business insights and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Lead a team and oversee the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of team deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA) is an added advantage.
- 35 years managerial experience; IFRS knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel/BI tools and ability to influence key business decisions.
