Job Description

The Manager in the Finance Department will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, reporting performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Assist Superior and Management to ensure Group Finance operations and functions run effectively and efficiently.
Prepare full set of accounts, including managing Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and accounts related reconciliations as well as handling taxation matters.
Involve in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
Collate information and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Work closely with external auditors, Company Secretary and others to ensure regulatory filing and compliance matters are adhered to.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Assist with finance process improvement initiatives.
Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or assignments as required

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with previous experience in a professional services firm being advantageous.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, and well-versed with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to multi-task, with good time management skills, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
