Description
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Oversee and review monthly management reports, group consolidations, and quarterly/annual reporting packages for submission.
Budgeting, Financial Statements & Performance Review
- Prepare and review annual budgets, audited financial statements, impairment assessments, and financial performance of operating, investment holding, and newly established entities.
Tax Compliance & Regulatory Matters
- Coordinate with overseas offices and external consultants on tax compliance, tax computations, and audit-related matters across regional operations, including India and Singapore.
Regional Finance Coordination & Process Improvement
- Liaise closely with overseas Finance Heads to ensure effective communication, drive process improvements, and support system enhancements across the finance function.
Cash Flow & Funding Management
- Assist in monitoring group cash flows, funding requirements, and overall financial management for investment holding companies.
Profile
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Industry expertise in Oil & Gas is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
