We're looking for a hands-onFinance Managerto support our growing manufacturing group. You will work closely with theHead of Department (HOD)and manage a solid finance team of3 Senior Executives and 3 Executives.
This role suits someone who is strong in reporting, consolidation, budgeting and cashflow management.
What You'll Do- Lead and develop a team of 6 finance staff and collaborate with the HOD on key financial strategies.
- Oversee month-end closing, group consolidation and preparation of financial statements.
- Handle statutory matters: audit, tax computation, CP204, regulatory compliance.
- Enhance internal controls, processes and accounting systems.
- Prepare forecasts, management reports, cashflow projections and support budgeting.
- Ensure timely reporting from subsidiaries aligned with group standards.
What We're Looking For- Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 68 years of experience, with at least23 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong exposure in manufacturing & full set of accounts.
- Experience in group consolidation is an advantage.
- Familiar with ERP (Navision preferred).
