Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing insights to drive growth and performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Manage project financials including cost control, margin analysis, billing, and cash collection improvement.
• Drive working capital optimization across receivables, payables, and WIP.
• Support bid pricing, contract reviews, and commercial decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial processes in line with MNC standards.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, shared services, and cross-border finance activities.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Role requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including managerial exposure.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, financial reporting, and commercial finance.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, cost control, and process improvements.
• Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
