Multinational Engineering Company is Looking for a Finance Manager to Join the Business (based in Shah Alam)

Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee monthend closing activities with support from the shared services team.
- Manage the company's cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Safeguard the accuracy of financial reports while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure they function effectively.
- Collaborate with business and functional leaders on growth strategies and operational planning, while managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Lead statutory audit, tax, and GST/SST matters, coordinating with external auditors to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, ideally with a professional certification such as ACCA, MIA, or CIMA.
- Brings at least six years of experience in accountingrelated roles.
- Familiar with ERP workflows and accounting system processes, with Oracle experience being advantageous.
- Possesses strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A background in the manufacturing & engineering sector is beneficial.
