Job Description

Are you driven, results-oriented and a team player

With 18,000+ retailers and restaurants in over 15 countries, StoreHub is on a mission to enable everyone, big or small, to build successful businesses.

At StoreHub, we're building a dream team whereby all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and are highly effective collaborators.

It is in such a team that you learn the most, perform your best work, improve the fastest, and have the most fun.

In the Finance Manager role, you'd own StoreHub's month-end close across our regional

entities, lead a team of Finance Executives, and act as the operating backbone of the finance function. You'll partner directly with the CFO on governance, audit defense, and scaling the way finance runs as we grow across SEA.

You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

What you will do:

  • Own the month-end close cycle across StoreHub's regional entities — fast, clean, and on time.
  • Deliver consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow, with intercompany and FX accuracy.
  • Drive the annual budget and rolling forecast process, partnering with leadership on scenario planning.
  • Own statutory reporting and audit defense — name your auditor, own the findings, close them out.
  • Maintain the integrity of key control accounts, intercompany balances, and the chart of accounts.
  • Oversee payroll governance and financial controls across regional entities.
  • Lead, coach, and level up a team of Finance Executives — set the bar on quality, speed, and accountability.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the close, automate them, and rebuild processes that scale with the business.
  • Embed AI into team workflow with a clear governance model, not just personal productivity.

What you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with current ownership of closecycles at scale-up or multi-entity scope.
  • Proven track record managing and coaching a team of at least 3 direct reports.
  • Hands-on, schema-level familiarity with enterprise ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Workday Adaptive, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Sage Intacct).
  • Demonstrated audit defense — able to name the auditor, a specific finding you personally owned, and the resolution.
  • Multi-entity or cross-border consolidation experience, ASEAN preferred.
  • Strong fundamentals in financial reporting, statutory close, and intercompany accounting.
  • High attention to detail (you catch what others miss).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and sometimes messy scale-up environment.
  • SST or regional tax exposure a plus; B2B SaaS, fintech, or POS industry experience a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or a completed professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CA(M), or equivalent).

What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!):

  • Our people - for real! StoreHubbers are some of the smartest and most interesting people you can work with. Expect to do a lot of peer-learning.
  • Culture of Candour. We embrace directness, hate bureaucracy, and move fast. If you're tired of corporate nonsense you'll feel right at home.
  • Cutting edge tools. If something can be automated, we'll make it happen. You will be introduced to many different tools we use that support everyday tasks, so that we can focus our minds on the kind of work that matters.
  • Impact not just effort. We recognize that results are not tied to the number of hours worked. There's no reward for long hours with poor results and no penalty for leaving on time if your work is excellent. To be great, most of us have to put in considerable effort, but we don't measure contribution by hard work or long hours.

CHANGE. Our core values are super important to us. The more you resonate with them, the more you'll find yourself a good fit.

  • Communicate for Clarity
  • Humble and Hungry
  • Authentic but not an *sshole
  • Nimble and Quick
  • Growth Mindset
  • Efficiency and Excellence

We do have all the other cool perks too:

  • Apple Macbooks for everyone
  • Free Season Parking
  • Fully stocked fridge and pantry - Coffee, snacks, and more yums
  • Cutting edge tools. If something can be automated, we'll make it happen
  • Medical and Dental Outpatient Visits + Medical Insurance
  • Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning

We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at StoreHub. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
