Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the SEA region
Provide insights to support strategic and commercial decision-making
Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals
Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance operations
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and optimize profitability
Present financial performance and recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and internal controls
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ACCA preferred
Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
