Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To manage and ensure all necessary accounting and finance activities including daily banking matters, periodic tax estimation (CP204), AP, payments, AR reconciliation etc are carried out effective and efficiently.
  • To prepare and review the full set of management accounts including audit & tax schedules, cashflow statements, income statements, balance sheets and profit recognition and FS update.
  • To coach and supervise the Finance Team.
  • Ensure compliance in tax regulations (Public Ruling) and accounting standards (MFRS).
  • To draft audit reports.
  • To review periodic tax computations.
  • To prepare/assist on annual/semi-annual budgeting.
  • To manage proper filling and documentation works.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant working experience preferably in several industries which including healthcare, F&B and others.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
