About the OpportunityAs we continue to grow our platform and fund base, we are looking for a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in managing the firm's finance operations, fund reporting, and external service providers.This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the core of the finance function. You will work closely with the Partners and leadership team, managing relationships with external fund administrators and service providers, while overseeing a small internal team across fund accounting and operational finance.This role is suited for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and enjoys owning end-to-end finance processes across multiple funds and entities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds and related entitiesReview quarterly and annual financial statements, valuation inputs, and supporting schedulesSupport audit processes and liaise with auditors and fund administratorsAct as the primary point of contact for external providers (fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretarial)Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality of output across all providersPartner closely with internal stakeholders, including Partners and investment team, on finance-related mattersOversee the finance operations of the management company (including AP/AR, payroll, and expense management)Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, including analysis and insights for leadershipManage cash flow forecasting across both funds and management entitiesEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, where applicableCoordinate tax filings and reporting obligations with external advisorsMaintain and improve internal controls and governance processesManage and develop a small finance team across:Fund accountingOperational financeIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency, including leveraging AI and automation to enhance accuracy, scalability, and insight generationKey Skills and Qualifications Require5-8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or fund managementBackground in venture capital, private equity, fund administration, or professional servicesExperience managing external service providers and working across multiple entities/jurisdictionsQualified or working towards CPA / CA / ACCAStrong attention to detail with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, lean environmentTech-enabled mindset, with experience or strong interest in using AI and automation to drive efficiency, scalability, and better decision-making across finance operationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
