Partner with the best As a Finance Professional you will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Finance Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to data entry in payroll processing.
- Collaborating with the report creation to develop data analysis skills by interpreting payroll data and transforming it into clear, concise reports.
- Assisting with reconciling payroll accounts with bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll data.
- Answering basic inquiries to understand payroll accounting processes better and improve communication channels related to payroll matters.
- Continuous learning to enhance confidence in managing payroll accounting and facilitate clear communication, fostering trust and transparency within the organization.
- Developing a deep understanding of payroll accounting principles and regulations to identify and avoid potential errors.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or equivalent.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
