About Our Client
Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Finance Program Support Analyst - Korean Speaker to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Job Description
- Assist in managing and executing finance programs.
- Provide support for collections and facilitate the sending of reports to the Treasury team.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and users on finance programs and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance program efficiency and assist with troubleshooting.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English, as communication with Korean customers and stakeholders is essential.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, such as Accounts Payable (AP/P2P) or Accounts Receivable (AR/OTC), or in customer service and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or Shared Services (SSC/GBS) environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, such as PivotTables and/or VLOOKUP, is an additional advantage.
