Your new role
- Lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide coordination and support to the Vice President in the strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
- Support optimisation of service relationships and service delivery satisfaction levels of regional stakeholders.
- Drives region-specific process excellence improvement within guardrails set by global process
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, finance, social science or related subjects.
- Require a professional certificate in project management i.e. PMP Certification or similar.
- Minimum 6-7 years of project management experience with 3-4 years supervisory (project lead) experience, in an accounting or consulting firm.
- Strong skills in people management and development, effective communications and presentation, conflict management and strategic thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of project management processes and methods
