Finance Specialist (AP)

Job description:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, approval, and timely and accurate payments.
• Check the completeness and accuracy of documents related to financial transactions.
• Maintain system records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely invoice payments.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum education of aDiplomainTax, Management, Accounting, or Statistics.
• Proficient inExcel, with a working knowledge ofSAPandPowerPoint.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), withHSK4 level or above.
• 12 yearsof relevant working experience in a finance or accounting-related role.
