Job Description

  1. Able to handle various approval processes in accordance with company requirements, including OA, Feishu, and email approvals such as vendor approvals, contract approvals, payment approvals, reimbursement approvals, etc.
  2. Proficient in accounting standards and able to perform AR, AP, PPE, Inventory, RPT, and GL accounting entries and reconciliations in compliance with company and group requirements; establish and maintain various financial records and ledgers; independently complete monthly and yearly closing for local Malaysia entities; prepare financial statements and conduct analytical reviews of financial reports.
  3. Participate in group system automation optimization initiatives and complete various system testing tasks.
  4. Able to complete balance sheet reconciliations according to company and group requirements and perform historical data cleanup.
  5. Able to handle AR settlement-related tasks according to company requirements, including aging analysis, collection follow-up, and write-off processing when necessary; manage and handle AP-related deposits.
  6. Familiar with tax regulations and able to calculate taxes and complete tax filings in accordance with government requirements; identify tax risks during approval and accounting processes and propose risk prevention measures.
  7. Able to liaise with auditors, consultants, local tax authorities, and government departments to complete annual audits and respond to various financial inspections.
  8. Responsible for local bank account management and maintaining banking relationships; support the group in establishing account structures and implementing account management optimization plans when required.
  9. Responsible for local cash forecasting, fund planning, and fund transfers when required; develop treasury operation plans, assist the group in building a treasury management system, establish effective SOPs, and prepare treasury operation monthly reports.
  10. Responsible for group-level fund receipts and payments, cash flow statements, and related treasury tasks when required.
  11. Responsible for local tax filing and support group tax planning initiatives.
  12. Able to support finance treasury and settlement-related functions when required.
  13. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles or at least 3 years of audit experience in an accounting firm.
  3. Able to communicate in Chinese, both spoken and written.
  4. Candidates holding accounting or tax-related professional certifications will be preferred.
