Finance Specialist

1. Ability to conduct various types of approvals (OA & Feishu & Email) according to company requirements: supplier approval&contract approval&payment approval&reimbursement approval, etc.;

2. Be familiar with accounting standards, be able to process and check AR & AP & PPE & Inventory & RPT & GL accounts in accordance with the requirements of the company and the group, and establish and maintain various financial ledgers; be able to complete the monthly and year-end work of local Malay companies; issue financial statements; and conduct analytical reviews of financial statements;

3. Participate in group system automation optimization suggestions and complete various system tests;

4. Be able to complete a detailed balance sheet and clean up historical data in accordance with company and group requirements;

5. Able to carry out AR settlement related work according to the company's requirements, conduct aging analysis, debt collection and write-off work (when necessary); AP related deposit processing and management;

6. Be familiar with tax laws and be able to perform tax calculations and tax declarations in accordance with government requirements; prompt tax risks and propose risk prevention plans during the approval & accounting processing process;

7. Able to communicate with auditors, consultants, local tax bureaus and local government departments to complete annual audits & respond to various financial inspections;

8. Responsible for local account management and bank relationship maintenance, cooperate with the group's funds to build an account system, and implement account management optimization plans; (when necessary)

9. Responsible for local capital forecasting, capital planning, capital allocation, formulating capital operation plans, assisting the group in completing the establishment of the company's capital operation management system, and forming effective SOPs and monthly capital operation reports; (when needed)

10. Responsible for the main fund collection and payment, cash flow statement, etc. at the group level; (when necessary)

11. Responsible for local tax declaration and cooperate with group tax planning;

12. Able to support the work of financial capital and settlement positions when needed;

13. Able to complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
