Finance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day invoice transaction processing, ensuring timely processing, resolution of issues.
• Ensure high accuracy in invoice posting and compliance with company policies and procedures, while guiding stakeholders through the correct processes for successful invoice validation.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and support system and process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency.
• Monitor and report on performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and minimize exceptions.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX controls, update process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain cross-country process harmonization.
• Support Month-End Close (MEC) activities to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Support adhoc assignments

• Strong communication and analytical skills. - both in verbal and written, English and Malay language
• Problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
• End-to-end invoice processing experience
• ERP system proficiency
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Stakeholder/vendor management
• Month-end close and SLA/KPI experience
