Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to join our in-house finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial operations and reporting, strong proficiency in SAP, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in audit (12 years) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial data alignment and process improvement.
- Optimize SAP-related financial workflows to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 57 years of in-house finance experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred).
- Audit experience (12 years) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
