Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to Cost Accounting and worldwide cross-functional teams on costing, inventory accounting & management to ensure financial accuracy & compliance.
- Lead and support integration of Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture projects, enterprise projects and business initiatives.
- Drive and support process improvement projects that help improve business process performance and efficiency.
- Partner closely with business/order fulfillment and provide financial analysis and accounting support.
- Lead team members to ensure excellent operations and meet or exceed KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/ Finance /Economics /Business Administration; OR Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience, with typically 4 to 5 years practical experience in business support, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage projects across geographies and functions.
- Experience in Oracle and cost accounting.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize and articulate financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
