Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform various approvals (OA, Feishu, email) according to company requirements, including supplier approval, contract approval, payment approval, and reimbursement approval.
  2. Handle AR, AP, PPE, RPT, and GL accounting and reconciliation according to company and group requirements; establish and maintain various financial ledgers; prepare financial statements and conduct analytical review of financial reports.
  3. Participate in group system automation improvement suggestions and complete various system tests.
  4. Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliation schedules according to company and group requirements and perform historical data cleanup.
  5. Carry out AR settlement work according to company requirements, including aging analysis, collection, and write-off; handle and manage AP-related deposits.
  6. Complete tax filings in accordance with government requirements; identify tax risks during approvals and accounting processes and propose risk prevention measures.
  7. Liaise with auditors, consultants, local tax authorities, and government departments to complete annual audits and respond to various financial inspections.
  8. Manage local accounts and maintain banking relationships; assist the group in setting up account structures and implementing account management optimization plans.
  9. Responsible for local cash flow forecasting, planning, and transfers; develop cash management plans; assist the group in establishing company-wide cash management systems; create effective SOPs and monthly cash operation reports.
  10. Manage group-level primary fund receipts and payments, as well as cash flow statements.
  11. Handle local tax filings and cooperate with group tax planning.
  12. Supervise and support the work of local finance staff.
  13. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, or related fields.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  3. Experience leading a small finance team of 2 or more is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in Chinese communication (both spoken and written).
  5. Professional certifications are preferred.
