About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Transformation Manager to lead finance digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving automation, system integration, and data analytics projects to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making capabilities. You will work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of finance digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare clear project status reports and financial impact assessments for senior management.
Digital Innovation & Automation
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Lead financial systems implementation and integration, including ERP, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Drive the adoption of automated financial reporting, BI tools, and emerging technologies like AI.
- Stay current with industry best practices and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen digital maturity.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the key liaison between technical (IT) and non-technical (Finance/Business) stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and effective tool adoption.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and solution providers to ensure service quality and technical support.
- Coordinate vendor activities to ensure they meet project scope and performance expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in implementing and managing financial systems.
- Technical Expertise: A demonstrated track record in finance digital transformation, including process automation, data analytics, BI tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Project Management: Strong capabilities in managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment; PMP or recognized certifications are an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
