Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and develop tailored plans covering areas such as savings, investments, risk management, and retirement planning. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing recommendations, presenting financial strategies, and reviewing plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with client objectives. The role also involves staying current on market trends and financial products, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The Financial Advisor is expected to build long-term client relationships through professional advice, proactive communication, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and develop comprehensive financial strategies.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze markets, recommend suitable products, and manage portfolios responsibly.
• Experience with Retirement Planning to help clients prepare sustainable long-term income and protection strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment in recommending solutions.
• Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing environment in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools, basic office software, and documentation requirements.
