Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Financial & Insurance Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial and insurance advice tailored to meet clients unique needs. Daily tasks include evaluating clients financial situations, recommending appropriate protection or savings plans, and assisting with claims and policy renewals. Advisors will also engage in proactive client relationship management, conduct market research, and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Expertise in Consulting and Customer Service, with exceptional client-focused skills to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively explain complex financial and insurance concepts to customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze financial situations and provide strategic advice.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with financial regulations and guidelines in Malaysia is highly beneficial.
