We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Financial Analyst to join our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Greater Asia team at our regional hub in Singapore.

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the MMS Greater Asia leadership team.
• Support regional strategies including pricing, portfolio optimization, and market expansion.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Drive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning cycles.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Performance Management

• Track KPIs and key business drivers to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Deliver monthly business reviews, variance analysis, and leadership reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regulatory teams on business cases and investments.
• Work closely with country finance teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Support audit processes as required.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• High integrity, accountability, and business acumen.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Open to a 12-month fixed term contract, and open to the possibility of extending based on your performance and business approvals/requirements.
