About The Role
As aFinancial Analyst – Account Payable, you will apply basic cash and accrualaccounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver completeand accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
Thisjob is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They areresponsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies andcontrols.
What You'll Do
- Responsiblefor the functions of Accounts Payable – preparation of vendor payment, staffclaims, Inter-company payment and ad-hoc payment request.
- Ensurepayment transactions are properly recorded into ERP system (PeopleSoft System).
- Reconciliationof vendor statement against ERP vendor account.
- Completethe monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assistin payment runs – generating payment vouchers, updating invoice status,uploading system-generated payment files in shared folder.
- Processall requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
- MonthlyReporting-Complete monthly bank reconciliation and monthly exception report.
- Ensurecompliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, BSOprocesses and procedures.
- Anyother scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.
What You'll Need
- LCCI/Diploma/Degreein Accounting/Finance.
- Minimumof 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting department of amultinational company preferred. But fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Mustbe able to read and write in Korean(Above TOPIK 4) and good spoken English.
- Organized,Tactful, Dependable, Analytical & Meticulous.
- Ableto work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ateam player and able to promote team work among the team.
- Computerliterate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
- Goodinterpersonal skills, meticulous and enthusiastic.
