Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Accounts Payable

Location: Putrajaya, Selangor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and compliance with financial policies. The role includes invoice verification, reconciliations, process improvements, and support for audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Review invoices and expense claims for policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and audits.
• Coach and assist junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable / Finance operations
• Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP, Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
