Job Summary
- Responsible to provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic. This may include analyzing financial statements and predicting the future performance of the company, as well as modelling capital structure and budgeting.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of company's / department's performance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- Proven experience in the financial industry, fresh graduate is welcome to join
Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies
- Proficiency with databases, and financial software applications
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mind
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
