Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Analyst role - it is a remote position with monthly travel to Singapore. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, assessing business valuations, and performing due diligence processes for potential transactions. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed financial models, analyzing market trends, supporting deal structuring, and collaborating with team members to manage the end-to-end transactional process. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to deliver insightful recommendations and support stakeholders in critical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and interpreting business performance
• Proficiency in Finance concepts, business valuations, and due diligence processes
• Knowledge of Accounting fundamentals and their application in M&A transactions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
• Previous experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to speak Japanese and/or Korean is a bonus
