Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial and Administrative Staff member. This is a full-time, office-based role in Kuala Lumpur, supporting the day-to-day operations of our fund management business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
  2. Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Handle general enquiries from external parties in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Provide administrative support for investor onboarding, including document collection and record maintenance.
  5. Assist in tracking and maintaining fund-related transactions and operational activities.
  6. Support payment processing, fund transfers, and maintain accurate payment records.
  7. Verify and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Organize and maintain contracts, corporate documents, and other confidential records.
  9. Provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  10. Collaborate with team members and provide administrative support on ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

  1. 各種データ入力およびデータベース書類の管理
  2. 社内外向け資料、レポート、プレゼンテーション資料の作成補助
  3. 社外からの問い合わせ対応および関係者との連絡調整
  4. 投資家オンボーディングに関する事務手続きおよび書類管理
  5. ファンド関連業務の進捗管理および各種記録の管理
  6. 送金支払手続きのサポートおよび支払記録の管理
  7. 請求書の確認処理(社内規程に基づく対応)
  8. 契約書および各種関連書類の作成管理ファイリング
  9. オフィス運営に関わる一般事務およびアドミニストレーション業務
  10. その他、チームメンバーの業務サポートおよび付随する事務業務

Must to have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in administration, general affairs, accounting, sales administration, or other back-office support functions.

Experience in payment processing, fund transfers, data entry, document preparation, or record management is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
