- Support the development and implementation of business pricing plans: work closely with the business team to design and execute A+ pricing strategies that align with business needs, promote sustainable growth, and take into account market prices and cost structures.
- Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: Collaborate closely with business team, FPA, and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters.
- Business partner role: to work collaboratively with A+ business team to address their biz goal, initiatives and projects, including but not limited to operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and exception handling.
- Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities.
- Continuous improvement: continuously seeking opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan.
- Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise.
- Support any other ad-hoc projects.
Experience & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required.
- Over 5 years working experience in finance or relevant analytical field.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced.
- Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus.
- Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment and actions.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
