Our client is a leading player in the consumer sector with a long-standing history and a strong reputation for quality and innovation. Operating across multiple markets locally, they are seeking a Finance Lead to support their sustainable growth and excellence in growing their verticals and market share.

The Role

Reporting to the senior stakeholders, this is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and support decision-making across diverse markets. You will lead a team and drive FP&A activities, provide commercial insights, and ensure robust financial planning and analysis for the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Asia
• Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to support commercial decisions
• Oversee regional P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
• Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for strategic initiatives
• Support treasury activities including cash management and FX exposure
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in a dynamic environment
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team

Your Profile

• CA/CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, ideally within consumer industries
• Strong FP&A expertise with solid budgeting and forecasting experience
• Hands-on approach with ability to thrive in less structured environments
• Commercially savvy, forward-thinking, and resilient with strong critical thinking skills
• Experience in treasury and intermediate financial modeling
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• Ideally exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Navision) and BI tools (Power BI)
• Experience in vertically integrated businesses (sales, distribution, manufacturing) is a plus
