About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to join West River Capital Group (WRC) and play a pivotal role in shaping the group's financial strategy. You will lead group consolidation, performance reporting, and financial digitalization across TSM Global and its subsidiaries, including JK. This is a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions, standardize reporting across multiple entities, and drive transparency and efficiency at the group level.
As a trusted partner to senior management, you will ensure strong financial governance, operational excellence, and compliance, while actively contributing to the group's strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead group consolidation and reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
- Oversee subsidiary reporting (including JK) and align all entities to group-wide standards, with occasional travel to Johor and Perak to support local finance teams.
- Drive digitalization and standardization of financial processes, KPIs, and metrics across the group.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments to strengthen financial discipline, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to boost profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present management reports and strategic insights to the Director and CEO.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, and investments using financial modelling, forecasts, and projections.
- Support banking relationships, audits, and external stakeholders to maintain robust financial credibility.
