Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
