This role is critical to overseeing USP and NADI budget control and driving the optimization of resources to maximize the impact and effectiveness of USP and NADI projects.
What are you accountable for
Develop and maintain a comprehensive budget tracking system for USP and NADI projects.
Provide regular budget updates and reports to internal stakeholders and management.
Identify and mitigate potential budget risks and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
What do you need to have for the role
Financial Management (Advanced): Proven experience in budget management and fund utilization.
USP Knowledge (Experienced): Understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements.
Analytical Skills (Advanced): Skilled in analysing budget utilization and claims data.
Number Crunching (Advanced): Proficient in handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and identifying trends.
Solid experience in SAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Certifications
Financial or marketing certification preferred.

Problem Solving: Analyzes complex budget and claims data to identify areas for optimization.
Other Key Information
Formal Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Relevant Working Experience: Proven experience in budget management and fund utilization, understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements, experience in analyzing budget utilization and claims data & proficient in handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and identifying trends.
