Financial Module Coverage

• General Ledger (GL): Chart of accounts design, multi-currency GL, intercompany reconciliation, statutory reporting

• Accounts Payable (AP): Vendor master, payment runs, three-way matching with MM, withholding tax (MY, HK, JP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Customer master, credit management, dunning, intercompany billing. Fixed Assets (AA): Asset master, depreciation runs, CAPEX tracking, disposal

• Cost Centre Accounting (CCA): Cost centre hierarchy, allocation cycles, budget management

• Profit Centre Accounting (PCA): P&L by business unit, brand, and country

• Product Costing (PC): Recipe/BOM-based costing, standard cost roll, COGS analysis, variance reporting

• Profitability Analysis (COPA): Contribution margin reporting by customer, channel and product

• Treasury basics: Cash position, bank connectivity (MY, HK, JP), FX revaluation

• Tax: SST configuration (MY), GST/VAT advisory for HK and JCT advisory for JP

• Intercompany: Transfer pricing, intercompany invoicing, intercompany elimination logic

Minimum 8 years ERP Finance & Controlling experience, with at least 2 full-cycle ERP Greenfield implementations

• Demonstrated experience in FMCG food manufacturing (product costing, recipe management, batch traceability)

• Multi-country Finance & Controlling experience: APAC preferred, with specific experience in Malaysia SST and/or Japan JCT

• Certification in Finance & Controlling in the relevant ERP platform is preferred

• English language proficiency required. Cantonese or Bahasa Malaysia an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Finance & Controlling design workshops in collaboration with the appointed SI and Arnott's Finance stakeholders

• Define and own the global chart of accounts structure, financial dimensions and posting key framework

• Design and validate the product costing model (recipe-based COGS for manufactured products)

• Configure intercompany accounting logic: transfer pricing, markup models, intercompany elimination

• Design multi-country tax configuration: MY SST (with SST return support), HK profits tax, JP JCT

• Own the financial master data governance model: GL accounts, cost centres, profit centres, WBS elements

• Lead Finance & Controlling System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Finance teams

• Validate financial data migration: trial balance migration, open items, fixed asset legacy data

• Design and test period-end close process for all three entities (MY, HK, JP)

• Produce Finance & Controlling configuration documentation and operating procedures

• Provide financial close cutover support including parallel run validation
