Financial Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transaction and settlement reconciliation, investigate discrepancies and reconciliation breaks, and follow up on failed transactions to ensure transactions are processed and settled within the required timelines.
• Monitor the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, proactively identify exceptions through system reports, dashboards, and data analysis, and support timely resolution of transaction failures and operational issues.
• Handle client and internal enquiries related to transaction processing, and collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Product, and other relevant teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Support the development and enhancement of global institutional and merchant servicing processes and systems, helping to resolve operational challenges encountered by clients and merchants in their day-to-day business activities.
• Maintain and enhance the team's knowledge base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes remain accurate, clear, and up to date.
• Identify process inefficiencies and operational gaps, and recommend or implement scalable solutions, process improvements, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support other Financial Operations activities and projects as required.
