Principal Functions: Corporate Planning Department functions are to support top management and to take lead on company-wide activities. Department roles including planning, developing, coordinating and implementing strategies to meet the company's objectives and overall corporate goals and KPIs.
- Support Top Management
- Assist SH to study and develop company-wide strategy and various company-wide KPI settings.
- Support on the formulation and management of goals (company/department/individual).
- Manage, monitor, analyze and re-align the progress to ensure successful and continuity of execution and implementation to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Asist SH in Company Performance Management by establishing structural report, analysis and regular meeting with respective departments.
- Set the financial target (Annual Budget, Mid-tem Plan)
- Monitor the budget progress and analysis the comparison of budget and actual result
- Make Rolling Forecast of the performance related the financial statement
- Deliver the useful information and business insights for the decision making to TOP management / Related department.
- Sharing of best practices in PTA for company performance management and provide applicable trainings to related department for continuous Rolling Forecast processes and business management improvement.
- Assist SH in visualization of KPI management by establishing report, briefing, meeting or appropriate arrangement.
- Support to manage preparation and maintenance of reports as necessary to carry out the department functions.
- Plan, Promote and Execute the Company-Wide Activities
- Assist SH to plan, make arrangement and manage other company-wide projects based on direction from management.
- This including awareness, education and continuous activities to ensure employees understand and stay connected.
- Promote activities to create ownership and sense of belonging amongst AMB employees including Ajinomoto Shared Value (ASV).
- Support of Company-Wide Governance Practices
- Ensuring compliance with system requirement within the area of responsibility:
- ISO Integrated Management System
- HALAL System Assurance
- Food Defense
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Management, or related field.
- Preferably with at least five (5) years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably specializing in Corporate Planning, Management, Financial Analysis, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
