How you'll contribute
Lead the development of the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial
projections across SG, MY, AU, and US entities.
Partner with department heads to develop financial plans, ensuring alignment with company
strategy and key performance metrics.
Perform variance analysis and recommend actions to address deviations from plan.
Produce regular financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and present findings to senior
management.
Conduct deep dive analysis into SaaS financial metrics such as ARR (Annual Recurring
Revenue), MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), LTV (Lifetime Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition
Cost), and churn rate.
Support monthly close and manage financial processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Work closely with C-suite executives, department leads, and other teams to provide financial
insights, and guide strategic decision-making.
Provide actionable insights into financial trends, and performance metrics, and advise on risk and
opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and
decision-making (e.g., pricing models, growth projections, fundraising, etc.).
Analyze revenue streams, cost drivers, and profitability to enhance business performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A functions, enhance reporting
efficiency, and drive automation in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
Leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to
automate reporting and analysis.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support business strategy and operational
decisions.
Provide financial insight into new business opportunities, product pricing, and go-to-market
strategies.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree (MBA
or MSc in Finance) is a plus.
CPA or CA qualifications.
5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within a SaaS/tech
environment or a high-growth startup.
Proven experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency operations across Singapore, Malaysia,
Australia, and/or the US.
Strong knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and KPIs (ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, churn).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI) is a plus.
Experience working with ERP or financial software systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to
non-financial stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in fundraising or working with investors.
Exposure to international markets and financial regulations (e.g., GST, IFRS).48
