Job Description

As an FP&A Specialist, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic financial planning. With your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, you'll help us optimize financial performance, identify risks, and seize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of the company's financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to track business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to senior leadership, offering insights into key financial metrics.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Support strategic business initiatives by evaluating financial feasibility, profitability, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and business development, to gather data and insights.
  • Assist with financial modeling, business case development, and other ad hoc analysis projects.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to provide context to financial results and forecasts.
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar).
  • Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
