Hytech is a leading management consulting firm headquartered in Australia and Singapore, specialising in digital transformation for fintech and financial services organisations. We deliver end-to-end consulting services and provide robust middle- and back-office solutions that enable our clients to optimise operations, enhance efficiency, and stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape. Our client portfolio includes top global trading platforms and leading crypto exchanges.

With more than 2,000 professionals worldwide, Hytech has a strong and growing international presence, with offices across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Cyprus, Dubai, and beyond.

About the Role

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the operation and optimization of trading products across brands, ensuring smooth execution in daily operations, client support, and internal collaboration.

You will start with product support and operational execution, gaining a deep understanding of trading product logic, client behavior, and market mechanisms. Over time, you will develop product thinking and data analysis capabilities, with the opportunity to grow into a Financial Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Support (Core) : Provide daily support for trading products, handling inquiries from Sales, Customer Service, and Trading teams. Ensure accurate understanding and execution of product rules and trading logic, and quickly identify and resolve issues.
  2. Cross-Brand Support & Issue Coordination : Support multiple brands in troubleshooting product issues, and collaborate with Product, Risk, and IT teams to ensure effective resolution and alignment.
  3. Product Operations & Process Optimization : Organize SOPs and common issue workflows, and continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Customer Behavior & Product Insights : Analyze customer inquiries and trading behavior to identify key use cases and pain points, and support product improvements.
  5. Knowledge Management & Internal Enablement : Maintain product documentation, user guides, and communication materials, and structure customer feedback to support optimization.
  6. Basic Data Analysis : Compile and analyze product-related data (e.g., customer behavior, trading activity, issue types) to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  1. 1–3 years of experience in finance-related roles preferred; Customer Service background is a plus.
  2. Strong learning ability with interest in trading products and market mechanisms, especially in the CFD industry. Willing to grow from an operations/support role into a product role.
  3. Basic analytical thinking, able to break down and assess problems rather than simply execute tasks.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and patience in handling high-frequency and complex scenarios.
  5. Strong problem-solving ability and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, IT).
  6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus; familiarity with cryptocurrency markets is also a plus.

What We Offer

  1. A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  2. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  3. The chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
