Position: Financial Reporting Senior Analyst
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM or 9AM 6PM
Mode: Renewable 6 months contract
Salary: Up to RM 7,000
Job Description:
- Ensuring adequate reporting controls are performed as required by company's internal control procedures. This may require to post manual journal entries in ERP, HFM or other systems as necessary.
- Ensuring assign accounts are prepared in accordance with approved Account Write Up for those accounts.
- Performing a monthly/quarterly analysis on component and movement of certain key accounts as mayrequired.
- Ensuring specific regulatory compliance in assign countries and region.
- Ensuring tracking and timely completion of assign task inreconsmartor other applications.
- Supporting treasury team on analysis of foreign currency exposure to take appropriate decision on hedging the currency fluctuation.
- Performing other closing and reporting task as may assign by the team lead.
Job Requirements:
- HaveBscfrom accreditedunior college in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA
- Have minimum 3 - 5 years working experience of relevant experience, ideally within the energy sector.
- Possess good knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Have good analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.
- Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle and performing quick analysis on SAP cross functional analysis.
