Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage vehicle registration, road tax renewal, insurance, and compliance with local regulations
  • Plan and control maintenance budget, including preventive and corrective repairs
  • Coordinate with garages/workshops to ensure repair timeline
  • Track fleet status (downtime status) and prepare reports (summary of monthly gasoline usage)
  • Coordinate withinternal teams (operations, finance, procurement) on fleet-related matters
  • Take ownership of fleet card-related handling (request new fleet card, adjust fleet card quota)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field preferred (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet (data tracking, reporting)
  • Experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation or maintenance is a strong plus
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize operations and manage exceptions.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
