Gather, calculate, and enter information to update and retain payroll data
Ensure accurate payroll calculation and timely payout
Maintain payroll operations by compliance to policies and procedures
Investigate and resolve issues related to the validations, and claims
Engage in discussions with both internal and external stakeholders across Shopee
Review and improve the payroll process to continuously make it more effective and efficient
Requirements
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet is a must
Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Melayu)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders
Possess self-management skills: Able to efficiently organizes own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
