Job Description

Job Description:

  • Monitor driver behaviour and uphold service standards
  • Support deliveries during peak periods or manpower shortages
  • Coordinate and schedule daily driver activities for timely execution
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers
  • Track and report KPIs to support performance improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard procedures for in-hub parcel collection
  • Manage operational admin tasks and support daily fleet activities using MS Office or Google Suite
  • Apply a data-driven approach to improve route efficiency and overall operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Possesses a Class 3 or 3A license
  • Relevant experience in operations, logistics, vendor coordination, or working with ground teams is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) and Google Suite
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, hands-on work environment
  • Analytical and process-driven mindset
