Fleet Recovery Agent (6-Month Contract)

What will you be engaged in

A Recovery Agent is responsible for securing SOCAR & TREVO vehicles which have not been returned to the designated zone due to but not limited to car breakdown, police report and accident recovery. Recovery Unit will receive information from the Company's Customer Service team to plan and coordinate vehicle recovery on a daily basis.

As our new recovery agent, you will be in charge of:

• Relocate, pick up, and drop off vehicles as assigned
• Strategize daily recovery routes to expedite the dispatch progress
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles interiors and exteriors before returning them to the designated zone
• Take photographs and report any damages found on vehicles
• Negotiate with private property owners to retrieve vehicles located on their premises
• Make police reports to assist investigations in theft and criminal cases
• Attend promptly to urgent cases
• Arrange towing services for malfunctioning vehicles
• Attend accident scenes as required
• Secure vehicles and return them either to the designated zone or yard or in the event of accidents when necessary.
• Report issues and damages using internal escalation systems
• Update the Dispatch management file with relevant information
• Handle dispatch cases for both, SOCAR & TREVO

• Possess valid driving licence
• Willing and able to provide assistance after working hours and/or during rest days and/or public holidays
• Must be computer literate
