Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide front-of-house team members to maintain high service standards
- Manage day-to-day floor operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to create a positive dining experience
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with roster planning, staff training, and performance reviews
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service protocols
- Monitor table turnover, address guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly
- Handle POS transactions, billing procedures, and manage reservations smoothly
- Foster clear communication between service staff and kitchen teams
Requirements & Preferred Experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or floor management role within the F&B sector
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English; Mandarin or local language skills are advantageous
- Presentable, professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
