Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide front-of-house team members to maintain high service standards
  • Manage day-to-day floor operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to create a positive dining experience
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with roster planning, staff training, and performance reviews
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service protocols
  • Monitor table turnover, address guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly
  • Handle POS transactions, billing procedures, and manage reservations smoothly
  • Foster clear communication between service staff and kitchen teams

Requirements & Preferred Experience

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or floor management role within the F&B sector
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin or local language skills are advantageous
  • Presentable, professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
