This position will be based in Kemaman, Terengganu Malaysia.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Diploma/Advance Diploma in Petroleum, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any relevant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Well Test/ Coiled Tubing Cleanout.
Job Scope:
- Oversee the entire flowback process, from setup to completion.
- Monitor and control the flow of fluids from the well, ensuring proper equipment functioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate flowback activities with overall drilling and completion operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of flowback technicians.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and safe flowback operations.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Supervise the maintenance and troubleshooting of flowback equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Work closely with maintenance personnel to address equipment issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze data related to flowback operations.
- Provide reports on well performance, fluid recovery rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data to optimize flowback processes and improve efficiency.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on flowback operations and address any client concerns.
- Work collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in supervising and coordinating flowback operations (Sand Filter, Choke Manifold, Surge Tank, SDV, SSB) in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in managing the flow of fluids from the well, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of technicians.
- Previous experience in flowback operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with flowback equipment and technologies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
