We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at KLIA, Selangor.

Job Purpose:

Day-to-day Facility Management and operation support.

Your tasks:

  • Supports the Facility Manager and operation team in delivering operational services.
  • Assists in overseeing service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.
  • Tracks & reports on staffing/third, parties/contractors through KPI's, SLA's
  • Inspects site for Quality, Safety, and Environment
  • Implements technological innovations
  • Administers landlord payments, facilitate budget and others related payment.
  • Raise PO thru GETlean system
  • Manage inventory of PPE's, stationaries, pantry items etc
  • Engagement with vendor for quotation, perform basic price comparison and submit for approval - able to share comparison table
  • Application and renewal of FTZ pass for staff, vendor, visitors, contractors
  • Food arrangement for monthly celebration - liaise with food vendor, selection of food, manage ETA etc
  • Welcome visitors at SCAF, register for daily pass
  • Preferably able to drive our e-van welcoming the visitors.
  • Update incidents on Planon app timely manner
  • Engage in vendor performance review, follow-up on minutes of meeting and provide monthly reporting.

  • Vocational or Technical education

Experience Level:

  • More than 5 years

DHL is a German logistics company providing courier, package delivery and express mail service, which is a division of the German logistics firm Deutsche Post. The company group delivers over 1.6 billion parcels per year. DHL Express is market leader for parcel services in Europe and Germany's main Courier and Parcel Service.
The company DHL itself was founded in San Francisco, United States, in 1969 and expanded its service throughout the world by the late 1970s. In 1979, under the name of DHL Air Cargo, the company entered the Hawaiian islands with an inter-island cargo service using two DC-3 and four DC-6 aircraft. Adrian Dalsey and Larry Hillblom personally oversaw the daily operations until its eventual bankruptcy closed the doors in 1983. At its peak, DHL Air Cargo employed just over 100 workers, management and pilots.
