The FN Customer Engineering Technical lead takes important role in the FN Customer Engineering team in APAC region to fulfil the support with key ownership for different engineering related activities, including NPI, Solution Architecture and support for APAC regional customer projects, along the stages of entire FN business cycle. Spirit of customer focus, business agility, innovation and problem-solving capability will be highly required.

In this position, he (or she) having the deep knowledge about FN portfolio/technologies will take the responsibility as key technical lead during customer projects. And will co-work and drive with team to achieve delivery target, as well as grow team technical competence and readiness for future technologies with innovations.

It will be also important as the technical lead of FN Customer Engineering team to work closely with multiple working peers not only within APAC CDO organization e.g. counterparts from other APAC customer engineering teams, project management team, but also APAC FN Business Leaders in region and countries, FN product leaders, FN global engineering and TAC/TEC support leaders etc.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Implement and support as key Technical Master in multiple projects to tackle critical solution challenge and practical technical complexity .
  • Interpret critical internal / external technical issues and proactively pursue mitigations / solutions with innovation to reinforce competitive advantage of FN portfolios in the field.
  • Work with internal stake holders, like market team, project delivery team, engineering team closely to align regional strategy and execution plan.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert, in many organisational units the most senior internal expert who serves as best practice / quality resource and is an acknowledged authority both within and outside own organisational unit to influence for the improvement.
  • Support to build team's competence on new product and technical management skills needed for project delivery
  • Often leads projects with significant technical risk and complexity and develops project strategy

Key Skills And Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct research and apply creative thinking to complex or uncommon challenges
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative approaches, and establish effective operational guidelines
  • Demonstrates initiative by stepping outside comfort zone to support senior roles and deliver value in dynamic business environments
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical discussions, clarifications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and align internal and external stakeholders with differing objectives
  • Experience engaging with senior technical experts and fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inspiring work environment
  • Deep expertise in a specific discipline or broad knowledge across multiple functional areas
  • Recognized thought leader with strong command of sub-functional content
  • Typically 15+ years of relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate degree
  • Background in Product R&D or Lead Engineering preferred and considered an advantage
