You are expected to consistently deliver excellent service to customers. In this role, you will serve food and beverages in your assigned work area and provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsible for hosting and serving all guests, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional drinking and dining experience while creating lasting memories and building strong relationships. You will bring our restaurant concepts to life by showcasing your personal flair and style when interacting with guests.

Ideally, you hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.
